Founded in 2017 by an adventure loving husband-wife duo. Kashmir Off Road is a bespoke club of 30 overland and off-road enthusiasts exploring the unseen and unknown Western Himalayas.

Kashmir Off Road has actively been promoting sustainable tourism and homestays, enhancing community upliftment by collaborating with (Ministry of Environment) J&K Forest Department and other governmental organizations. We support tribal communities, preserve natural resources, and boost the economy through eco-friendly practices and community tourism, fostering cultural exchange and sustainable development in the region.

Overland expeditions to the unseen and unknown regions of Western Himalayas, into the heart of the world's most majestic and enigmatic mountains. Expeditions are carefully planned to minimize environmental impact, promoting sustainable travel and respect for the pristine natural environment.

Homestay

Kashmir Off Road is actively introducing the concept of homestays amongst the rural and tribal communities. Introduction and promotion of homestays will not only provide authentic cultural experiences for travelers but also support the local economy. While travelers enjoy traditional hospitality, learn about local customs, and contribute to sustainable tourism, fostering a deeper connection with the region and its people.

Community Outreach

Kashmir Off Road contributes to community outreach by educating locals about eco-tourism practices, promoting environmental awareness, and sustainable tourism. We coordinate with government agencies to align with regional development goals and identify suitable locations for eco-tourism. This collaboration ensures the preservation of natural habitats, enhances community benefits, and supports long-term sustainability.

Rural Experiences

Kashmir Off Road fosters cultural exchange through immersive village experiences, while supporting the preservation and celebration of local traditions and culinary practices while promoting understanding and appreciation of regional customs.
